1. About the Change Process

You can initiate your product exchange request by emailing info@mubuistanbul.com or contacting us via our Instagram page @mubu_istanbul . You can also send the product you wish to exchange to us free of charge from any Aras Kargo branch, specifying our corporate code 2001048850850. Once your package arrives, your exchange request will be processed and the package will be returned to you on the same day.

2. About the Return Process

You can return the products you received within 14 days . The product must be unused and the safety lanyard must not be damaged. To initiate the return process, you can contact us via info@mubuistanbul.com ; then, you can send it to us free of charge from any Aras Kargo branch using our corporate code 2001048850850 .

3. When will my order be shipped?

Your orders will be handed over to the shipping company within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on order volume and promotional periods.

4. Where can I see the products?

You can preview our collections at our design office or at our partner retail locations. We do not offer direct sales from our office. All purchases come with free shipping and a 14-day exchange and return policy. You can also make secure payments using the iyzico platform.
